Managing your new business on A.Z.Soft is easy. You’ll just send an email or have a phone call and a software will be send to you and you’ll have access to your new software. I do a lot of business outside of Pakistan. Can I use A.Z.Soft?

Yes. A.Z.Soft allows you to change the currency symbol for your account to something other than Pakistani Rupees but we don’t support multiple currencies or currency conversions. If that works for your business we’d love to have you use it.

Can I use A.Z.Soft if my business is based outside of the Pakistan?

Yes, A.Z.Soft was designed with global businesses in mind, if it’s a good fit for your business you are welcome to use it no matter where you’re located.

How much does A.Z.Soft cost?

A.Z.Soft has many Software Plans All of our base features are for up to 20 users on the normal plan. If you need more users or you would like to take advantage of our SQL Plan, you can purchase our SQL Plan.

How many users can I have on my A.Z.Soft account?

The number of users you can have will depend on your Software Plan. You can see the number of users you already have and the number of new users you can add to your account by visiting the System > Administration menu of the A.Z.Soft application.

A.Z.Soft is so easy, you won’t need to read a long, tedious manual to figure it out. If you do get stuck, A.Z.Soft includes built-in help throughout the application. What happend with A.Z.Soft, when new financial year start?

Unlike other software providers those are not care about bulk data handling problem, A.Z.Soft has much care of bulk data operation and a new database file is created when new financial period starts. You just need to press the menu bar of (System > Start new financial year) and an automated operation will ask the new folder of your new financial period. Now you can enter data in new financial year easily and also if some changes are made in previous financial year it can be updated in new financial year easily on one click.

What do I need to run A.Z.Soft?

One things: A desktop PC with following.
Minimum Requirement : P III, 1 Ghz Processor, 256 MB RAM, 100 MB Free Harddisk space
Recommended Requirement : P IV, 2 Ghz Processor, 512 MB RAM, 100 MB Free Harddisk space

Will A.Z.Soft need internet connection?

No, internet connection is not needed to run A.Z.Soft, only a desktop PC is basic requirement to run A.Z.Soft.

Can I use A.Z.Soft on LAN?

Yes! A.Z.Soft is designed for desktop as well as for LAN.

Can I use A.Z.Soft on a PC?

Of course! And if you or another employee want to access A.Z.Soft the same time you can do that as well.

What software is essential with A.Z.Soft?

A setup file will be provided by us to run the A.Z.Soft.

A.Z.Soft take backup with the help of WINZIP, so WINZIP is essential software.

Microsoft EXCEL (any version) is required for reports export to EXCEL.

Some softwares will be provide by us on request, if you require reports export to PDF files.

Can I use A.Z.Soft on Windows 7?

Yes, you can use A.Z.Soft with Windows 7, Windows Vista and Windows XP.

Hosting and Security

Is my data secure?

Your critical business data is far more secure in A.Z.Soft than it would be on another software. Security has been built into A.Z.Soft from the very beginning, and we work continuously to ensure that A.Z.Soft remains secure and your data stays safe. You’ll never lose data if your computer crashes but not harddisk.

How much data can I store in A.Z.Soft?

As much as you want. There’s no practical limit to the number of accounts, contacts, items or transactions that you can enter into A.Z.Soft.

How do I back up my data?

A.Z.Soft take a backup itself after a predefined time period with the help of WINZIP, a well known software for data compression. Your data is continually and automatically backed up as and where you wish. If your computer or opertaiing system crashes (not harddisk), there’s no need to stress. Your data is safe with A.Z.Soft. Another better way to secure your data is to attach a flash USB device and setup a backup path into it.
